Kennington Tucson, Arizona 85746 FROM: Loren Makus Engineering Division SUBJECT: 946 W Teton Grading Plan T02BU00873 (First submittal) T15S, R13E, Section 14 RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan and Drainage Report The Grading Plan (GP) cannot be approved as submitted. The Drainage Report was reviewed for purposes of grading of this lot only. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: The following items must be revised or added to the Grading Plan. Please include a letter with the next submittal addressing how the comments have been addressed. 1. Include the name of the person who prepared the plan. IBC Chapter 36 Section 9.7 2. Use Engineering Scale only. 3. Indicate basis of elevation based on City of Tucson Datum. DS 2-02.2.1.A.23 4. Show the grading limits. Grading limits must reflect the fill that was placed on this site prior to the submmittal of this grading permit application. IBC Chapter 36 Section 9.7.2 5. Revise the plan to show the exact location of the retaining wall. Label with a reference to the building permit number for the wall. 6. Show proposed drainage patterns and sufficient finish grades to substantiate the drainage. Include enough detail of adjacent properties to show that drainage patterns described in the drainage report will be maintained. DS 2-02.2.1.A.16 7. Revise the plan to include the detail of the drainage swale along Teton Street as shown in the drainage report . IBC Chapter 36 Section 9.4 8. Provide the basin maintenance responsibility per DS 2.3.1.6 C 1 and 2. Discuss the status of basin construction as described in the drainage report. 9. Provide perc test results as referenced on page 7 of the drainage report. 10. Show and label the 100-year flood peak discharges entering and exiting the site. 11. Prepare and submit a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for all construction activities on this lot and the other lots described in the drainage report.
