Provide a basis of elevation with reference to City of Tucson (COT) Field Book and Page; 3. Provide cross sections for the drainage swale north and east of the proposed home, fully dimensioned and labeled. Demonstrate adherence to the geotechnical report recommendation(s) for a minimum distance from the foundation. The applicant may provide copies of these recommendations to this office. 4. Plot the site section line on the grading plan, and provide an east/west section. Comment # 3 items may be included in these sections, with requested dimensioning and labeling. 5. Depict and label on the Grading Concept plan all lot dimensions and bearings noted as delineated on the Final Plat (see highlighted items on the attached enclosure).
