The following items must be revised or added to the grading plan. Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed.

RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: GRADING PLAN

1. A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal.

2. Approval of the Flood Use Permit is required prior to grading plan approval.

3. The proposed FFE and 100-yr. Peak WSEL in the Drainage Report is incorrect. Therefore the FFE on the grading plan is incorrect. Please have the drainage report revised and make the necessary corrections on the grading plan.

4. Development in the floodplain must be constructed so as to protect placed fill from erosion which could be caused by floodwater. Such fill shall be protected from erosion which could be accomplished by placing rip rap, vegetative cover, bulk heading, or any other city approved methods. Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Management, Tucson Code, Chapter 26.5.2.12. The proposed fill around the buildings must be protected from floodwaters. Show the proposed protection. This comment was not addressed. Please address this comment.

Comment number 12 states that any slopes steeper than 3:1 shall be protected by approved methods. The grading plan needs to be specific to what type of method will be used for slope protection. Revise the plan.
