Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies with re-submittal.. 2. Delineate 100-year W.S.E.L., Floodplain and erosion hazard setback. The setback may due to the curvature of the Pantano Wash, please see FUP comment no. 1. 3. Is the property line shown the correct one? The COT base maps and the survey supplied show different configurations. Please Clarify. Per previous comment. 4. Please use either NVGD 88 or NVGD 1929 on the site/grading plan, not both. Drainage Statement: 1. A Hydrology report is required for parcels affected by 100 year flows of 100 cfs, of more per S.M.D.D.F.M., chap. II, 2.1.2, as per our conversation the hec-ras could be eliminated due to the established flows and WSEL. The purpose of the HR is to also establish FFE's. A Hydrology Report is required. Per previous comment. 2. The content and format of the Hydrology Report should follow S.M.D.D.F.M., chap. II, 2.1.3. Per previous comment. 3. A $150.00 review fee for the Hydrology Report is required. Per previous comment. 4. Please ensure all maps in the HR are attached. One of the maps were missing in 1 DS.
