The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) does not meet the requirements of the AzPDES Construction General Permit. The following items must be addressed:

1. Provide identification of all operators and the areas over which each has control (Part IV.C.1) Where an operator is unknown (such as a yet to be determined general contractor) leave space for the identity to be supplied later.
2. Describe the intended sequence of soil disturbing activities (Part IV.C.2.b) Verify that the listed soil disturbing activities are sequentially arranged. Revise the plan to indicate that sediment controls such as silt fence must be installed as soon as practicable after clearing and grubbing has begun.
3. Provide a signed certification for each operator. (Part IV.J.1)
4. Include a copy of the AzPDES permit and the NOI on forms provided by ADEQ. (Part IV.F) Each operator is responsible for submitting a completed NOI to ADEQ and to the City of Tucson.
5. The SWPPP makes several references to Pima County or the County. Replace with references to the City of Tucson or the city as appropriate.
6. The SWPPP appears to refer to another document "project 'Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan' (SWPPP)". If the SWPPP is contained in another document, please submit the other document for review with this one.
7. On sheet 1 of 2 replace the word "accomodations" with "accummulations" and on sheet 2 of 2 replace the word "wastewater" with "washwater"
Revise the SWPPP consistent with these comments and submit 3 copies for review.
