Grading Plan approval is not recommended at this time. A floodplain use permit is required prior to grading permit issuance. Grading Plan Comments: 1. Provide two copies of the Geotechnical Report. 2. Provide an administrative or site address on the cover sheet of the Grading Plan. 3. Remove the 100-year floodplain limits depicted and corresponding keynote 17 from the plan. This depiction does not appear to coincide with this project, and appears to reflect a revised 100-year floodplain delineation. 4. Submit a completed floodplain use permit application and the $50.00 submittal fee with the grading plan resubmittal. 5. Provide wall opening spacing and sizing for the new wall.
