immediate discharge location.
4. Provide a copy of the general permit language.
5. Show and describe structures used to divert stormwater,

including the diversion swale on the southeast corner of the

project. Include information concerning the timing of its

construction and the installation of riprap.
6. In the sequence of major events include all major soil

disturbing activities. For each activity, indicate which

controls will be appropriate for the expected conditions and

the timing for implementing and removing the controls.
7. Describe structural and administrative controls that will be

used to prevent solid material such as construction waste and

litter from becoming pollutants.
8. Provide for updates of inventory of materials to be stored

on site.
9. Provide a description of the spill prevention and control

plan.
10. Indicate the areas that will not be disturbed by

construction activities.
11. Identify watercourses that are adjacent to the site.
12. Provide descriptions of temporary and permanent

stabilization practices that will be used and indicate their

locations on the plan.
13. Provide a schedule of implementation for all control

measures relative to the major soil disturbing activities.
14. Provide a log for recording dates when major grading

activities occur and when construction activities cease.
15. Provide a description of vehicle maintenance procedures.
16. Describe the required information that must occur on

inspection reports. ( Name and qualifications of the inspector,

date of the inspection, major observations, indication of

whether sediment removal is required, description of

maintenance or alterations required, certification statement.)
17. Indicate that the plan will be updated as necessary.
18. The stormwater plan indicates that the drainage basin will

be used as a sediment trap, but no drainage basin is indicated

on the plan.
19. Submit three copies of the revised plan.
