Approval is not recommended at this time. The following comments are offered: 1. It appears that approximately the western half of the site runoff may drain directly north, as proposed on the plan, exiting the site via the driveway entrance without being directed into the retention/detention basin (see area north of proposed spot elevation 75.2). Please demonstrate that site drainage will be directed into the basin, in order to achieve the retention volume approved in the drainage report; 2. The top of basin elevation labeled on the plan indicates that the 100-year retention/detention volume will not be contained in the basin as currently proposed. Revise north top of basin elevations and the retention basin section elevations as necessary, to clearly demonstrate containment of the 100-year volume, corresponding with a water surface elevation of 74.9; 3. Provide a note, or indicate on the plan, water harvesting maximization in all landscape areas. Provide a revised Grading Plan addressing the above comments.
