In order to process a grading permit, the Grading Plan review comments must be addressed as stated below. GRADING PLAN COMMENTS 1) City of Tucson Development Standards (DS) Section No.2-03.2.4.L.5: Approval documentation and permits from other jurisdictions for acceptance of proposed construction shall be obtained. 2) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.35: Provide method of restricting public access. 3) DS Sec.10-01.3.5.1.5: Update Specifications Report Section 02220 Part 3.5; provide soil testing results and description of soil suitability for this project. Provide two copies of geotechnical report. 4) DS Sec.10-01.3.5.1.3.a: Provide results from percolation tests showing effective infiltration rates. Geotechnical report shall address percolation for both of the proposed basins. 5) DS Sec.10-01.3.4.2: Regarding note 3 on sheet G2.1; provide a notation regarding restricted construction activity in basin #2 (such as no wash out area or no storage area, etc). 6) DS Sec.10-01.5.2.1: From the recently submitted Appendix 2 Drainage Report, no engineer's seal was found on the submitted document. Provide two copies of the drainage report sealed by the registrant who prepared the drainage report. Further comments may be forthcoming upon receipt of geotechnical report.
