The applicant is authorized to use a portion of the City of Tucson the property described as (legal description): LA ESTANCIA DE TUCSON BLOCK 26. For the purpose of (Renewal FUP#1263) Rough Clearing & Grubbing. The applicant agrees to comply with City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard, and Watercourse Amenities, Safety and Habitat regulations, and are particularly bound by the conditions stated below. Violation of any of the conditions stated or referred to below, as determined by the City Engineer, shall be grounds for revocation of this permit. Responsibility for renewal of this permit, if necessary, is with the applicant. Issuance of this permit does not constitute a waiver of other requirements contained in the Tucson City Code, Land Use Code, or any other Federal, State, or local regulation. No use other than as permitted herein is allowed. Additional uses allowed under City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Regulations and Watercourse Amenities, Safety, and Habitat regulations require the issuance of an additional Floodplain Use Permit. The following conditions shall apply to this permit. (Or refer to Chapter 26 page 35) 1. All work shall conform to the attached plans and documentation which are made part of this permit. Attachments; FUP#1263, Native Plant Preservation and Salvage Plan report dated 09-21-00. 2. This permit is solely for the purpose of rough clearing & grubbing based on a conceptual drainage plan submitted to the Engineering Office. A drainage report and a separate Floodplain Use Permit shall be required for any additional work done in the area. The drainage report shall include WASH Ordinance compliance with mitigation plan. 3. Within 5 (five) days of issuance of this permit, through completion of the project, notification must be posted and maintained in a conspicuous place on the job site stating "Construction proceeding under requirements of City of Tucson Floodplain Permit #T02OT01985. For information please call 791-5550." 4. Except as approved by the City Engineer prior to the start of construction, development under this permit shall not obstruct, retard or divert the existing flow of floodwaters from or to adjacent properties. 5. This permit becomes invalid and is subject to additional floodplain review, if any required development permit (s') changes the configuration of the structure and or site development. 6. The Engineering (Floodplain) Section shall conduct a final inspection. Contact the Floodplain Section at 791-5550 to arrange for a field inspection. This Floodplain Use Permit will be automatically revoked and becomes invalid if conditions set forth in this permit are not complied with. Also, this permit will expire one year from its date of issue. Renewal of this permit will require a new application, review and approval of that application by the City of Tucson, Development Services Department, Engineering Section.
