Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Floodplain Use Permit: 1. Please submit the cost estimate of the first store room (permitted in 1995) along with the cost estimate of the original garage (permitted in 1968). Please include these cost estimates on company letterhead or include the contractors license number with the written estimate. The percentage of the first addition must be included with the percentage of the second addition. Thence the total percentage of both additions cannot exceed 50% cost of the original garage.
