Christmas Ave., Floodplain use permit T02OT01438 (FirstReview) T13S, R14E, Section 29 RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Floodplain use permit The Floodplain use permit (FUP) cannot be approved at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Floodplain Use Permit: 1. The proposed amount of the combined additions ($40,000) exceeds 50% of the value of the house alone ($37,649). If this amount cannot be adjusted (redesigned), then the entire residence (existing and proposed) must be raised to 1 foot above the base flood elevation. 2. Show the calculations on sheet 1 (list source), i.e.: Price of existing house alone = $75,298/ 2 = $37,649 Proposal by Licensed contractor (list source) = $37,000 This shall include a note stating that the percentage is under 50%. 3. Show existing Sight Visibility Triangles on site plan. Revise per redlines.
