The Flood plain use permit cannot be approved at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.


Flood plain use permit:

1. A site plan consulting the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S. 2-02.0.0) will need to be submitted along with or before the flood plain use permit is approved. The site plan will include any walls being constructed on site. Per previous comment.
2. Submit the first site plan used to construct the original buildings on this site (last approved site plan from the City of Tucson). Per previous comment.
3. The new additions will be reviewed as an attached structures. Please submit the existing buildings value (an appraisal) separate the value of the land and the cost of construction for the addition (by a registered contractor). The value of the addition cannot exceed 50% of the value of the existing building. The façade improvement will also need a separate set of calculations.
