Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Drainage Report: 1. A site plan consulting the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S. 2-02.0.0) will need to be submitted with a hydrology report along with or before the floodplain use permit is resubmitted. 2. Submit the first site plan used to construct the original buildings on this site. 3. Submit the entire set of plans that was submitted with the floodplain use permit showing the building additions square footage and parking calculations. The floodplain use permit is tracked on an accumulative square footage improvement. 4. The drainage reports recommended FFE is acceptable. 5. Why is the Drainage report dated and sealed November 30, 2001? Is this the first submittal or a resubmittal?
