Approval is granted only for that portion of the project lying within the private property known as "The Villas at Hacienda Del Sol" having an address of 2550 East River Road. Construction occurring outside of the property boundaries, whether it be on publicly-owned property or privately-owned property, is not approved herein. All construction on offsire property or within public rights-of-way must have the approval of the owner of said property or properties. This permit (T02OT01358, as revised) is only for the construction of the storm drainage system as shown on the plans. Separate permitting is required for all other construction. No building construction is permitted under this permit. 2. All construction must be in compliance with all NPDES regulations and AZPDES regulations as related to construction activity on one or more acres. A copy of the Notice of Intent (NOI) and the updated Surface Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) must be submitted to the City of Tucson Development Services Department prior to storm drain construction. If the SWPPP is not identical to the previously-approved SWPPP, if any, a revised SWPPP must be submitted for approval prior to construction of the storm drain as shown on these plans. |
