VALENCIA ROAD PROPERTY OWNER: U.S. HOME CORPORATION The applicant is authorized to use a portion of the City of Tucson the property described as (legal description): S1152.64' N1227.64' E579.11' W1324.11' NW4 15.32 AC SEC 24-15-15. For the purpose of constructing an exterior wall between the Atterbury Wash and subdivision Desert Willow Estates within a regulatory floodplain. The applicant agrees to comply with City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard, and Watercourse Amenities, Safety and Habitat regulations, and are particularly bound by the conditions stated below. Violation of any of the conditions stated or referred to below, as determined by the City Engineer, shall be grounds for revocation of this permit. Responsibility for renewal of this permit, if necessary, is with the applicant. Issuance of this permit does not constitute a waiver of other requirements contained in the Tucson City Code, Land Use Code, or any other Federal, State, or local regulation. No use other than as permitted herein is allowed. Additional uses allowed under City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Regulations and Watercourse Amenities, Safety, and Habitat regulations require the issuance of an additional Floodplain Use Permit. The following conditions shall apply to this permit. (Or refer to Chapter 26 page 35) 1. All work shall conform to the attached plans and documentation which are made part of this permit. 2. This permit is solely for the purpose of construction of an exterior wall. All perimeter walls will have continuous openings, to the extent of not compromising the structural integrity, at a height equal to the Base Flood Elevation. 3. No permits will be issued for any standard patio walls or structures until exterior wall is complete. 4. Within 5 (five) days of issuance of this permit, through completion of the project, notification must be posted and maintained in a conspicuous place on the job site stating "Construction proceeding under requirements of City of Tucson Floodplain Permit #T02OT00771. For information please call 791-5550." This Floodplain Use Permit will be automatically revoked and becomes invalid if conditions set forth in this permit are not complied with. Also, this permit will expire one year from its date of issue. Renewal of this permit will require a new application, review and approval of that application by the City of Tucson, Development Services Department, Engineering Section.
