The construction estimate for the remodel and addition included "by owner" cost estimates. The estimate must be performed by a contractor and include appropriate labor and material costs. 2. All additions to the structure since August 3, 1984 must be documented. The total cumulative value of all such additions and proposed additions determine the increase in flood damage potential of the structure. 3. The supplied Appraisal Report indicates the existing depreciated value of the building is $80,163. A maximum value of all additions and proposed additions without elevating any structure is $40,081. The proposed improvements exceed this amount and do not include any previous improvements. |
