Lee Street T14S, R14E, SECTION 01 This office has partially reviewed the Floodplain Use Permit application for the above-referenced property and it will have to determined to be a nonconforming structure with a total of the proposed improvements equaling less than 50% of the structures current assessed value. In order to achieve this and issue a floodplain use permit, the next submittal must contain a copy of the Pima County most recent assessor's valuation certificate or the valuation certificate from a private assessor. The above criteria and the supporting calculations, showing the additions are less than 50% and in compliance must be shown on the plans.
