5. Address riprap sizing for the proposed spillways. The Alamo wash velocities may preclude hand-placed riprap (?)
6. Please note: The sheet 3 "Site Plan" should not be titled as such if included with this submittal. The above comments refer to items that must be included on the Site Plan (sheet 2) under this activity number.

The permit may not be approved until such time as compliance with the Watercourse Amenities Safety and Habitat provisions of the TCC Chapter 29 is demonstrated, including approval of the WASH Mitigation Plan. Any mitigation required should also be shown on the landscape plans for the site.
