2) Panel M1 appears to be in a different building than panel A therefore circuits A-20ab, 22ab, 24ab (6 circuits from panel A) cannot be served from panel M1. See 99NEC 225 part B.
3) Momentary Amp Probe readings to ascertain loads is not a NEC approved method. See 99NEC 220-35 for approved methodology.
4) Panel schedule M1 indicates circuits 25 through 35 as existing. It does not appear panel M1 served panel A (the panel the above circuits were removed from). Please clarify.
5) It appears panel 4 is in a different building than the receptacle circuits in room 20. See 99NEC 225 part B.
