2) Per LUC 2.8.3.5.F "An approved site plan is required indicating how the project will comply with LUC requirements when the MS&R right-of-way can no longer be used as part of the site. Such plan is to be an exhibit to an executed covenant for recordation stating the responsibility of the property owner, successor, or assignee as to the removal of improvements and compliance with the LUC at no cost to the City". Upon conditional approval of the site plan provide a copy of the executed covenant. A suitable convenant is a available at http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/dsd/Major_Streets_Covenant.pdf

3) Show and label any turf areas on the site. LUC 3.7.2.2.C

4) A street landscape border is required along Pantano Road. The border is required to be a minimum of ten feet wide. Provide dimensions for the landscape border and show any landscaping proposed in lieu of providing the standard street border as approved in the PDO process.

5) Include reference numbers for any related cases, such as the PDO, on the site and landscape plans. DS 2-07.2.2

6) Indicate where curbing or other barriers per DS 3-05.2.3.C.1 are located. Per LUC 3.7.2.3.B "Areas where plants are susceptible to injury by vehicular or pedestrian traffic must be protected by appropriate means, such as curbs, bollards, or low walls"

7) Remove the photo keynotes from sheet 2.3.
