1. It appears that the minimum clearance requirements are not met for the surface mounted panel "M" at 277 V-G, with live electrical parts on either side, needs 4' per Table 110-26(a).
2. Specify fuse size in fused disconnect for fan coil unit as 2-1/4 amp. Add a note: "All HVAC equipment shall be protected per manufacturer's specifications/nameplate information."
3. Not a code issue, but VAs on Phases A, B, & C of Panel B do not line up with VAs on Phases A, B, & C of Panel A, as it feeds B.
