Wheel stop curbing may be required for these spaces to prevent vehicle from hitting the handicap signs. b) Dimension the wheel stops. Per D.S. 3-05.2.3.C.2, wheel stops must located two and one-half (2½) feet from the front of the parking space. c) Per D.S. 3-05.2.2.D, the back-up spur must be a minimum of three (3) feet in depth and have a three (3) foot radii. Revise as required. d) Dimension the width between the back of spur and the west lot line. Per D.S. 3-05.2.2.D, a minimum of three (3) feet must be provided between the back of spur and any wall, screen, or other obstruction over six (6) inches in height. e) Add the following note to the parking spaces block on sheet 1 of 11: "18 parking spaces provided." D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.8 5. a) Provide the bicycle parking calculation. Refer to L.U.C. Sec. 3.3.4 for bicycle parking requirements. b) Provide a fully dimensioned bicycle parking space detail.
