Sheet 1.1 1. Keynote 23, which references accessibility criteria for landings, is not shown on the plan. Please keynote where this condition occurs. 2. Specify the item number from IBC 719.1(2) for the fire resistant wall called out in keynote 5 or provide the listing from an approved testing agency. 3. The water closet in floor plan B must be a maximum of 18" from the water closet centerline to the side wall. Ref. ANSI A117.1, 604.2. Sheet 1.2 4.
