1. Per Pima County Assessors Records, the site is comprised of two separate lots which must be combined prior to site plan approval. Attached is a copy of the covenant prepared by the City Attorney's Office which must be recorded and a copy submitted to the Zoning Review Section prior to site plan approval. In addition to the covenant, a copy of the Pima County Assessors Tax Combination form must also be signed and approved and a copy submitted to the Zoning Review Section. The tax combination form may be obtained at the Pima County Assessors office.
