CODE SECTION/ DEVELOPMENT STANDARD 1. Please clarify by note on the plan, the type of storage to occur on the site. If the site is proposed for the storage of trade and/or personal goods by a business or industrial establishment, the principal land use of the site is considered "Commercial Storage " as defined in L.U.C. All landscaping and screening must comply with LUC 3.7 and DS 2-06. The proposed vehicular use area must be surfaced per LUC 3.3.7.3. Revise the plans as necessary.
