Show how the clean out for P-3 will be handled on Units 2 and 5. Revise the piping layout for P-4 to match the plumbing plan and the detail on P2. Reference Section 302.3, Uniform Administrative Code, 1997.
3. Revise the connection of the waste line from Unit 6 to the building sewer to have the correct relationship with the direction of flow. Reference Section 311.7, UPC 1994.
4. Clarify the routing of the building drains from Units #2 and #5.
5. Modify the drawings (First Floor Plumbing Plan and Unit #5 Stack Diagram) delete the backwater valves. Reference Section 710.1, UPC 1994.
6. Second floor building drain clean out is required per Sections 707.4 and 707.5, UPC 1994, as amended by the State of Arizona. Revise drawing as required.
7. Comment not addressed. If the water heater (WH-1) is not supplied with integral heat traps, provide heat traps as required by Section 504.9, IECC 1998.
