(arterial to local, far side dimension. The triangle on the submitted plan was not drawn from point of curb and the dimensions are incorrect. Correct. DS 2-02.2.1.A.10 2. Provide sidewalk along the entire street frontage on Venice. The proposed plan shows curb. DS 2-02.2.1.A.21 and DS 3-01.3.3 3. Provide a note stating that elevation and drainage information is on Grading Plan sheet 1. Drainage Report 1. The Drainage Report is acceptable for approval. Please provide two copies with the next Site Plan submittal. |
