5. Specify pole heights. If over 20' they will have to be submitted for structural review.

Sheet RE-2.1
1. Indicate panel/circuit for emergency lights.

Sheet RE-2.2
1. Circuit beginning at grid Point A/3. Can not find panel/circuit. Is it E2HA Ckt 3?
2. Near Grid Point B/4 there is an indication RILB-31,33. On the panel schedule these are spares. Clarify.
3. Circuitry for lighting in MRI Exam Room by Grid Point A/6 does not have panel designation.

2. Provide specifications for elevator conductors and conduit. 620-11, 12. 620-21.
3. A separate branch circuit shall supply the machine room lighting and receptacle per NEC 620-23 (a). Coordinate with Sheet RE-2.1.
4. A separate branch circuit shall supply the hoist pit lighting and receptacle per NEC 620-24 (a). Coordinate with Sheet RE-2.1.
5. Please confirm that elevator controllers are within sight of the disconnects. In (Elev Equipment Rm 102?)
6. Receptacles serving elevator pits and machine rooms shall be GFCI. 620-85. According to your legend these are on an emergency circuit, but are not GFCI protected. Please clarify.

Sheet RE-3.2
1. This is not a code issue, but it may be a good idea to bond together the equipment grounding busses of Panels RILB and EILA.

Sheet RE-5.1
1. For FC-1 and FC-2, and all other motor loads where fuse sizes on disconnects have not been specified, add the note: "All HVAC equipment shall be fused per manufacturer's specifications."
2. Clarify equipment fed by Feeder R27
3. Identify branch circuits for WFC-1 and WFC-2.
4. Size the fuses in the fused disconnects.

Sheet RE-5.2
1. Size the fuses in the fused disconnects for H-1 and H-2.

Sheet RE-5.3
1. Size the fuses for in the fused disconnects P-1 and P-2.

Sheet RE-5.4
1. AC-2 is listed on Sheet M5.1 as "MROPD 110." Confirmed with Adams & Associates that this stands for "Manufacturer's Recommended Overcurrent Protection Device." Was it the intent to protect at 150 (in fused disconnect and on Panel RRHA-2,4,6.
2. Same as above regarding AC-3. MROPD 175 < 225.
3. Same as above regarding AC-1. MROPD 110 < 150.
4. Amps and fuses on CH-1 and CH-2 do not match these parameters on Mechanical Schedule sheet. Please clarify.
5. CU-1 and CU-2 should be protected at 15A, not 20A. 440-22 (a)
6. EF-1 should be protected at 25A, not 30.
7. Clarify feeder R32 for AC-1, and circuit for this device.

RE-6.1
1. Pet Scan Rm 268 does not appear to have a disconnect per NEC 517-72. Please correct/clarify.
2. Mammogram areas on the east side of the building, same as above. Coordinate with Sheet RE-3.2.

RE-6.2
1. Several of the notes under the heading "Installing Power Lines" have the word "should". In every case where the instruction pertains to Code/Life Safety issues, change the word "should" to the work "shall".
2. Same as #1 above for "Lighting Guidelines."
3. Regarding to Electrical Notes 5,6, &7, please clarify that receptacles in all patient care areas are to be subject to the same redundant grounding requirements as the equipment, per NEC 517-13.
4. Same as #3 above for all other patient care areas not covered on the sheet. Redundant grounding of equipment and receptacles in patient care areas per NEC 517-3.
5. Without UPS specifications, it is not possible to determine whether this is a derived system, or if output power conductor is protected. Please provide.

Sheet RE-7.1
1. Provide fault current at ATS, AC-1 and chillers, and bracing information for these devices.
2. Can not parallel #2 conductors. CT Scan fed by DPHA and EDPH.
3. Feeder RC is undersized. Not protected by 1200A CB.
4. Clarify whether ATS is 3-pole or 4-pole. Evaluate generator for derived system. Coordinate with Page 16210-3 in the specifications, Section 2.7 B. Provide these parameters on the plans (voltage, phase, number of poses, and short circuit withstand rating as well as just the ampere rating.
5. Check distance from 75 KVA X'FMR to EBLA. It appears that the 25' limit may be exceeded. NEC 240-21 (b) (3)
6. Provide for generator derating for ambient and elevation.
7. There are no P-3 or P-4 on mechanical equipment schedules. PLS clarify.
