| 03/07/2003 | LINDA BUCZYNSKI | ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Denied | 1. Please verify that the dry cleaning operation uses no flammable fluids. 2. Regarding the 11.7A Stack Dryers. By my calculation that would be 1404 VA per phase, not 1217 or 1826. This effects the load on Panel A such that it appears to be drawing 199.4 A, not 171. 3. The correction above also effects load on Panel B. However, I calculate 155A, not 168. If 1404 VA is the correct VA, there appears to be opportunity to shift some load to Panel B from A. 4. Large Washers listed on Sheet E-1 as fed from Panel D, Ckts 2,4,6 and 8,10,12. Such is not the case on the Panel Schedule. It appears that one washer is powered on Ckt 1,3,5. 5. For Panel C, I calculate 97A, not 84A, which is close to the 100 A capacity. 6. In addition to the marking required in 230-66 and 230-70(b), please have the contractor install a sign at each service indicating that there is another power source for the building. 7. Provide fault current at Panels A & D, and calculations. |
