Site Plan:

1. Contingent on the planning dept. comment no. 2, if the building area expansion is 25% or greater, additional comments may be forth coming upon re-submittal.
2. Please provide property description per D.S. 2-02.2.1.3.
3. Please label lot dimensions and bearings per D.S. 2-02.2.1.5
4. Provide all existing and proposed buildings and structures, including location, size, height, overhangs, canopies, and use per D.S. 2-02.2.1.6.
5. Please label all vehicular, bicycle, pedestrian, and handicapped circulation clearly identified per D.S. 2-02.2.1.12.

21. The key note call out (no. 27) is pointing to a door way not a berm. Please correct.
22. On the SP, the labels for the contour elevations are shown. Please show contours or since the GP is included the construction documents, the contour labels may be turned off.
23. Call out the steel plate lintel (no. 40) at the other location south, typical of the both.
24. Key note no. 41 is pointing to the det./ret. basin. Is this correct? If not revise.

Grading plan:
1. Show and fully dimension the det./ret. basin.
2. Show activity number on all sheets per D.S. 2-02.2.1.29.
3. The GP does not match the drainage report in the basin area.
4. Add basin maintenance responsibility note to grading notes.
5. List the cut/fill on plans.
6. The Basis of elevation must include a Bench Mark based on City of Tucson Datum, including City Field Book and page number per D.S. 2-02.2.1.23.

12. Where is key note 31 called out?
13. Should detail 2/C1.2 also call out an extruded curb? Can both conditions apply in different locations.

Drainage Report:
Is accepted and approved. On future submittals please list project address on the cover of all reports, studies, statements etc.
