STRUCTURAL PLANS: 1. SPECIFY LUMBER GRADE AND SPECIES. 2. SPECIFY THE 14" TRUSS JOISTS @ 16"O.C. @ THE STUDY FLOOR. 3. JUSTIFY THE 2X6 BOX HEADERS IN SECTIONS 1/A-5, 1/A-6, AND 1/A-7. 4. PROVIDE STAIRWAY CONNECTION DETAILS. ELEVATIONS: 1. NOTE GLASS IN HAZARDOUS AREAS SHALL BE SAFETY GLASS PER R308.4. SECTIONS - DETAILS - MISC. NOTES: 1. WOOD SILL PLATES SHALL BE FOUNDATION GRADE REDWOOD OR PRESSURE-TREATED WOOD PER R324. 2. NOTE AND SPECIFY THE SIZE, SPACING AND LENGTH OF ANCHOR BOLTS FOR SILL PLATES. 3. SPECIFY THE LEDGER CONNECTIONS TO THE WOOD FRAME WALL. PLUMBING PLANS: 1. PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR THE "CHICAGO LOOP". 2. PROVIDE AN ISOMETRIC DRAWING OF WASTE LINES. SHOW SIZES OF WASTE LINES, VENTS AND REQUIRED CLEANOUTS. 3. NOTE ON PLANS THAT SHOWER AND TUB / SHOWER COMBINATIONS THAT HAVE INDIVIDUAL CONTROL VALVES SHALL BE OF THE PRESSURE BALANCE OR THERMOSTATIC MIXING VALVE TYPE. ELECTRICAL PLANS: 1.
