ALL PORTIONS OF THIS PROJECT ARE ASSUMED TO MEET OR WILL MEET OTHER DEPARTMENTAL REQUIREMENTS, CONDITIONS AND CONCERNS BEFORE PERMIT APPROVAL. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. ALL CORRECTIONS AND REVISIONS SHALL BE MADE ON THE ORIGINAL TRACINGS AND TWO NEW SETS OF PRINTS OR (1) SEPIA & (1) BLUE LINE SHALL BE RETURNED ALONG WITH ALL REDLINE PRINTS. 2. PEN OR PENCIL CORRECTIONS ON FINAL PRINTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE. TO AVOID DELAYS ENSURE ALL CORRECTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE, ARE COMPLETE AND HAVE BEEN COORDINATED ON ALL APPLICABLE DETAILS AND NOTES. FLOOR PLANS: 1. DETAIL AND SPECIFY STAIR WIDTH (MINIMUM 36"), RISE AND RUN (MINIMUM 10" TREAD DEPTH AND 7 ¾" MAXIMUM RISER HEIGHT PER R314), LANDING WIDTH (PER R312), HANDRAIL HEIGHTS (PER R315). STRUCTURAL PLANS 1. IDENTIFY THE LEDGER/STUD CONNECTION IN 112/S2. 2. PROVIDE STAIRWAY CONNECTION DETAILS AND STRINGER SIZES. PRE-FABRICATED METAL STAIR SHALL HAVE MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS ATTACHED TO PLANS. PLUMBING PLANS: 1. PROVIDE A FLOOR DRAIN AND TRAP PRIMER, SEE THE MECHANICAL DRAWING. 2. PROVIDE PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE RELIEF VALVE AT WATER HEATER. CLARIFY, WITHOUT USING THE EJECTOR SUMP. ELECTRICAL PLANS: 1. THE LIGHT OVER THE TUB IS REQUIRED TO BE LISTED FOR USE AS APPROVED FOR USE IN A WET AREA. PLEASE NOTE. 2. WHERE CEILING FANS ARE SHOWN ON THE PLANS, PROVIDE A NOTE INDICATING ONLY APPROVED OUTLET BOXES SHALL BE USED, PER E4001.6. 3. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE EXISTING SLEEPING AREAS ARE REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED WITH SMOKE DETECTORS. SEE R317.1.1 .
