Upon completion of the following revision/addition, an over the counter review may be arranged to obtain stamped approval by the zoning review section without resubmitting the site plan. The following item must be revised on or added to the site plan: 0

1. Please revise the loading zone calc to state that one loading space is provided. Per LUC 3.4.5, the minimum length is only required to be 35 feet.

2. For the educational use, please provide a count of the number of students attending the school and the square footage of office area serving the school and list the grade levels served. This information will affect the number of parking spaces required as well as the number of drop-off parking spaces required. Please revise parking calcs based on LUC 3.3.5.3 and LUC 3.3.4 (add educational use, K-8 parking required to calcs), and add a calculation of drop-off spaces required per LUC 3.5.2.7.G. Parking for the educational use (K-8) is required at one vehicle space per 10 students and one space per 250 square feet of office area. Drop-off area spaces are required at one space per 20 students, up to a total of eight spaces; with 2 lanes, and a minimum of 4 parallel stalls on the inside lane.
