SCOPE OF REVIEW:

THE SCOPE OF THIS PLAN REVIEW COVERS ARCHITECTURAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, MODEL ENERGY AND ELECTRICAL CODES. ALL CODE REFERENCES ARE TO THE 2000 IRC AND STATE PLUMBING CODE. ALL FEATURES WERE CHECKED ONLY TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY THE SUBMITTALS PROVIDED. ALL PORTIONS OF THIS PROJECT ARE ASSUMED TO MEET OR WILL MEET OTHER DEPARTMENTAL REQUIREMENTS, CONDITIONS AND CONCERNS BEFORE PERMIT APPROVAL.

FLOOR PLANS:

1. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R310.2 -R-310.2.1 WINDOW WELLS - PROVIDING EGRESS FROM BEDROOMS.

2. PROVIDE ACCESS TO EACH SEPARATE ATTIC AND CRAWL SPACE THAT EXCEEDS 30SF. DESIGNATE
LOCATIONS ON THE DRAWINGS. OPENINGS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 22" BY 30". THE ATTIC ACCESS SHALL
PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF 30" OF HEADROOM, AND SHALL BE LOCATED IN A HALLWAY OR READILY
ACCESSIBLE SPACE PER R807.

3. THE WALLS AND SOFFITS OF THE ENCLOSED SPACE UNDER STAIRS SHALL BE PROTECTED ON THE ENCLOSED
SIDE WITH ½" GYPSUM BOARD PER R314.8.
