1) It is unclear how you intend to tap to the 400 amp parallel feeder to serve each of the classrooms. Provide a detail of the JB and taps depiction conformance with 99NEC 310-4.

1) Provide a complete HVAC design. Include unit locations disconnect type and location, fuse sizes (as applicable), and conduit sizes. The panel schedules do not accurately reflect the mechanical design. See M-1 and M-2
2) The panel schedules give loads in amps however the column is described as kVA.

1) The exit light must be connected to the non switched side of the lighting circuit serving the area. Currently there is no circuitry for the exit lights. See 99NEC 700-12(e)>
2) Provide circuitry for the exterior lighting.
3) Provide dual level switching for all areas except areas with only 1 luminaire, occupancy sensors, corridors, storage rooms, restrooms, and public lobbies. See 98IECC 705.2.1.
