SITE PLAN CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL 1) City of Tucson Development Standards (DS) Section No.2-03.2.4.L.5: Approval documentation and permits from other jurisdictions for acceptance of proposed construction shall be obtained. 2) Offsite disposal location for overexcavated soils and other deleterious materials shall be placed in an approved and permitted site. 3) Proposed project exceeds 5 acres and is subject to NPDES requirements. Contact Loren Makus, 791-4251 for submittal requirements. 4) IBC Chapter 36, Section 9: A Grading Plan submittal is required to obtain the grading permit. For the Grading Permit, submit the civil drawings that have the above site plan conditions, as well as the following grading comments, addressed: a) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.5: On sheet C1.0, label property lines. b) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.17: Section 02200 is missing from the Specifications Report; provide earthwork quantities. c) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.35: Provide method of restricting public access. d) DS Sec.2-05.3.2.A: Update Specifications Report Section 02220 Part 3.5; provide soil testing results and description of soil suitability for this project. e) DS Sec.3-01.3.1.A: Will pavement design section on Arff Road and First Street be sufficient for fuel tanks and craft delivery vehicles? f) DS Sec.3-01.3.2.C: On sheet C3.1 and C5.1: Will curb radii be sufficient turning movement area for fuel tanks and craft delivery vehicles at First Street and Arff Road? g) DS Sec.3-01.10.Fig.8: On sheet C3.3, provide minimum 0.5% longitudinal grade.
