COMMENTS: Please attach a response letter with the next submittal, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. This project is being reviewed as less than a 25% expansion.

2. The submitted site plan does not show the same configuration of the back-up spur at the north end of the parcel 2 as is shown on the approved site plan. Dimension the depth and width of the back-up spur. Does it have a 5-foot radius to allow vehicles to back up as is shown on the approved plan? Also, the wheelstops, as shown on the approved plan, must be shown and dimensioned two-and-one-half (2½) feet from front of parking spaces.

3. Revise the use under Zoning Data to read "Medical service-outpatient". Add the development designator "35" to the data. Medical service uses in the OCR-1 zone is subject to LUC 3.5.4.8.B. Please add a note detailing this restriction.

11. Because the project is more than a tenant improvement, revise the title block to also state that there is an addition proposed.

12. Label the existing drainageway, which runs between the two parcels.

13. If any new free-standing outdoor lighting or signage is proposed for this site, please detail on the site plan.
