| 08/09/2002 | JIM TATE | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Denied | The following items must be revised or added to the site plan. Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all engineering, flood plain, and solid waste comments have been addressed. 1. The sidewalk location for an MS&R street with a right-of-way width of 100 ft. is 2.5 ft. from face of future curb. The plan shows 1.5 ft. 2. The sight visibility stem side dimension should be 20 ft. The near side is 345 ft. and the far side is 125 ft. See DS 3-01.5.3 and DS 3-01 Figure 16 3. Enclosures for dumpster containers require steel pipes between the container and the enclosure's rear and sidewalls. The purpose of the pipes is to prevent the container from damaging the enclosure while being serviced. The pipes provided on the plan do not protect the enclosure while it is being serviced.
