The Site Plan (SP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Site Plan:

1. Scuppers for the roof drains at the west side of the buildings are also required. The scupper at the NW corner of the property is in the public right-of-way and will a separate permit COT Transportation. Contact the Department of Transportation at (520) 731-4249.
2. List estimated cut and fill quantities per D.S. 2-02.2.1.17. If both are 0 cy, please indicate by calling it out on the plans or a general note listing the same. Per previous comment.
3. Show existing topographic contours at intervals not exceeding two (2) feet and/or spot elevations as pertinent and Bench Mark based on City of Tucson Datum, including City Field Book and page number. Per previous comment.
4. Add to general notes: "Maximize water harvesting by depressing landscaped areas a maximum 6".
