1) The one line service diagram indicates the lift panels are new however pages E-2.1 and E-2.3 indicate the panels are existing. Please clarify.

1) Electrical Detail 1 indicates the lift disconnects are 6" AFF. Please clarify.
2) It appears 99NEC 511-1 and 511-3 consider this application to be a Repair Garage. Please demonstrate conformance for all conduits entering into the Class I div 1 and div 2 areas. Describe conduit types and place required seals when entering or leaving each classified area.
3) The lift panels are described as existing however on page E-2.2 they are described as new. Please clarify. If the panels are new provide both component short circuit current rating and fault current analysis.
4) There are 9 portable lifts distributed between the lift panels if the loads are new provide a complete design, if they are existing please indicate same on the plan.
5) The panel schedule indicates the lift conduits are ¾" however Detail 1 and page E-2.1 indicate 1" minimum. Please clarify.
6) It appears the reference to MCC-2 to being "NEW" should be removed and the word Capacity should be added to the end of the sentence. See ELECTRICAL LOAD CALCULATIONS.
7) 99NEC 220-35 requires the peak kVA for any given month include a 25% safety margin. See ELECTRICAL LOAD CALCULATIONS.
