Mop sink is not vented. 5.Mop sink, laundry tub and service sink require a clean out. 6.Provide trap primers for the floor drains Sec 1007.0UPC1994 Az. Code. 7.Provide total length of gas line on the plan and provide the the size of the line between the meter and the first branch. 8.Provide a water demand calculation based on Appendix 'A' UPC1994 Az. Code on the plan. 9.T&P on the water heaters shall discharge to the exterior of the building. 10.The expansion tank shall be installed on the CW side down stream of the check valve. 11.Combustion and venting of the water heaters in PVC in the trash shaft does not comply with Sec707.13.1IBC2000.

SPECIFICATION DOCUMENT
1) Page 16050-8 paragraph L #2. This sentence implies the wire under the pavement such as a parking lot does not need to be at least +24" deep. See 99NEC Table 300-5 and revise specification as required.
2) Page 16130-4 3.2 A. This specification requires conduit underground however UF is specified on the plan. Clarify on the plan and in the specification what wiring methods are allowed for both interior and exterior.

1) It appears the circuitry for pole lights should be HP1-32,34. See page E8.
2) It appears the ground wire size described by General note 5 must be increased to a minimum #8 copper. 99NEC 250-122

5) 2000IBC 1003.2.11.2(4) requires emergency lighting on the exterior exit discharge immediately adjacent to the exit discharge.

Beam ? Also, it appears that a plate appears over the upper chord of the truss, clarify.
