2- The project is not in FEMA floodplain, however, it appears that Wilmot Road has a lot of runoff during the 100-year storm which may cause flooding problems to the subject site. A hydrology report is required to determine any flooding problems. Please be advised that based on the hydrology report conclusions, a floodplain use permit may be required.
