1) The sewage controller only requires a single point connection (see attached cut sheet). Provide a single disconnect on the line side of the controller.
2) Clarify the circuitry for A-12,14. See redline set.
3) EF1 is located just east of the women's restroom, it is an in line fan. Provide a disconnect, short circuit and overload protection. Please note short circuit protection is required see 99NEC 430-102(b), 52, and 32(c).
4) Circuit A-2,4,6 is connected to A-12,14 please clarify your intent.
5) The original load for the building is 27 years old. Please clarify if it is still relevant today or provide an updated analysis.
6) The new panel must meet the component short circuit current rating requirements as delineated in 99NEC 90-7, 110-3, 110-9, 110-10, and 240-86.
7) Provide short circuit and overload protection for the compressor. It appears a 5 amp FRN fuse would provide the required protection. See 99Nec 430-52, and 32(a).
8) Provide an electrical design for the sewage waste water pumping station. Please note; the interior of the tank is a class I division 1 or 2 area. See NFPA 820 table 2.2 16 a, b for classification of area interior to tank.
9) Many of the lighting loads in the panel appear to be incorrect please review and revise as necessary.
E-2
1) Clarify whether the service entrance conductors are copper or aluminum. The main fuse is only 700 amps, the conductors could be aluminum and therefore the service would only be rated 620 amps.
2) Specification #1 should reference the 1999 NEC.
3) A symbol list should be provided.
4) There are 2 leaders to the conduit serving panel A. One reads 1/0 the other reads 3/0.
GENERAL COMMENTS
1) Please return the redline set along with your next submission.
