05/24/2002 | RANDY SCHULER | ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Denied | GENERAL COMMENTS 1) Provide an electrical site plan and interior floor plan as needed. Plan should include the location of all new and existing electrical equipment relevant to this project. E1 1) Roof top receptacles must be GFCI protected. 99NEC 210-8 E2 1) Identify and provide a complete electrical description for the new switchboard. 2) Provide the amperage rating and component short circuit current rating for the PME. 3) Provide a grounding electrode system for the new 225 kVA transformer. 99NEC 250-24. In addition the equipment bonding jumper should be removed between the transformer and the new switchboard as it will now be in parallel with the neutral. E3 1) Circuit P4-14 should only show loads on 2 phases as AC-26 is single phase. See page M8. 2) Circuits P4-8 and P4-9 serving AC's 20a and 20b should have an FLA less than the AC MCA of 44.1 amps. Currently the load shown in the panel is larger than the circuit breaker protecting the conductors. See page M8 |
