The solid waste vehicle can not make the turn around the southeast corner of the building. The minimum required radius for PAAL intersections is 18 ft. DS 3-05.2.1.C.3.a 3. Steel pipes are required between the solid waste container and the enclosure's rear and sidewalls. Please show this on the dumpster detail. DS 6-01.4.2.C.2 Drainage Report 1. Retention is required for all new developments larger than 1 acre. The minimum erosion setback distance is 50 ft.
