1) "Per LUC Table 3.7.2-I five foot high masonry walls are required wherever the parking lot is within 100 feet of the property line and the adjacent zone is residential. Revise the site and landscape plans to include the required walls."
The site plan appears to show only wood fencing where masonry walls are required. Keynote 9 on sheet L-1 also requires clarification.

2) "Land Use Code Sec. 3.7.2.3.B requires a barrier, such as curbing, for trees susceptible to vehicular damage. Revise the plans to provide a suitable barrier for all tree planters and landscape areas."
There is no suitable barrier indicated between the paved areas and the street landscape border and tree planters. Revise the site and landscape plans to provide the required barrier.

Corrections as indicated above are required prior to approval.
