ALL FEATURES WERE CHECKED ONLY TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY THE SUBMITTALS PROVIDED. ALL PORTIONS OF THIS PROJECT ARE ASSUMED TO MEET OR WILL MEET OTHER DEPARTMENTAL REQUIREMENTS, CONDITIONS AND CONCERNS BEFORE PERMIT APPROVAL. SITE PLAN: 1. INDICATE THE LOCATION OF GAS, WATER, ELECTRIC LINE ON THE PROPERTY, AND WHERE THEY ENTER THE NEW OFFICE 2. CLARIFY IF EXISTING STORAGE IS BEING CONVERT TO LUANDRY - ALSO IF RELOCATING WASHER AND DRYER OR IF NEW. FOUNDATION PLANS: 1. CLARIFY IF FOOTERS ARE EXISTING OR NEW ON PORCH AND LAUNDRY-ALSO INDICATE IF GARAGE HAS FOOTERS FLOOR PLANS: 1. PROVIDE ACCESS TO EACH SEPARATE ATTIC AND CRAWL SPACE THAT EXCEEDS 30SF. DESIGNATE LOCATIONS ON THE DRAWINGS. OPENINGS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 22" BY 30". THE ATTIC ACCESS SHALL PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF 30" OF HEADROOM, AND SHALL BE LOCATED IN A HALLWAY OR READILY ACCESSIBLE SPACE PER R807. 2. NOTE THAT BATHTUB AND SHOWER ENCLOSURES SHALL BE FINISHED PER p2710 WITH CERAMIC TILE, OR A LISTED ENCLOSURE, TO A HEIGHT OF 72" ABOVE THE DRAIN PER R702.4 AND R307.2 PLUMBING PLANS: 1. NOTE AND SPECIFY ALL PIPING MATERIALS. 2. WATER LINE: PROVIDE TOTAL FIXTURE DEMAND & MAXIMUM DEVELOPED LENGTH 3. NOTE ON PLAN COMPLIANCE WITH WATER CONSERVATION; WATER CLOSETS 1.6 GALLONS PER FLUSH, SINKS AND SHOWERHEADS 3 GALLONS PER MINUTE. 4. PROVIDE PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE RELIEF VALVE AT WATER HEATER. 5. NOTE ON PLANS THAT SHOWER AND TUB / SHOWER COMBINATIONS THAT HAVE INDIVIDUAL CONTROL VALVES SHALL BE OF THE PRESSURE BALANCE OR THERMOSTATIC MIXING VALVE TYPE. MECHANICAL PLANS: 1.
