1) The conductor size and number of conductors specified for HP-3 and 4 appears to be incorrect. 3#10 copper and 1#10 copper ground appears to be all that is required.
2) There appears to be too many conductors in the circuit AC-31,33,35. It appears 3 conductors plus a ground would be all that is required.
3) Clarify the purpose of the numeric subscripts adjacent to the receptacles.
E4
1) Panel CR2 is indicated as NEW on the one line service diagram. Please clarify.
2) Based upon your calculations the 45 kVA UPS appears overloaded. See page E3 for code calculations that prove adequacy of UPS.
3) The service entrance and service feeder conductors are not adequate per your load calculations. See page E3 for code calculations the prove adequacy of the service entrance and service feeder conductors.
4) There are several apparent code violations surrounding the entire UPS system. A partial list of concerns are: UPS does not appear to properly grounded, it us unclear whether the UPS has proper primary and secondary protection, The 200 amp secondary disconnect appears to be over fused, the same disconnect appears to be double lugged. Please provide a design that is consistent with the 99NEC.
5) Clarify the physical location of the UPS system, the secondary 200 amp disconnect, and the 100 amp disconnect connected to the line side of the 200 amp disconnect.
6) There is a 200 amp disconnect connected to panel AC and it is indicated as NEW. Please clarify.
