1. The City of Tucson lot combination covenant was not included in the resubmittal package. In addition to the Pima County Tax Combination form, the lot combination covenat prepared by the City of Tucson must also be provided as noted below.
Previous comment: City of Tucson lot combination approval is required for this site. Attached is a copy of the covenant prepared by the City Attorney's Office which must be recorded and a copy submitted to the Zoning Review Section prior to site plan approval.

08/07/2002 JOE LINVILLE LANDSCAPE REVIEW Denied Approval of the City Engineer is required to locate a portion (5 feet) of the required street landscape border within the 29th Street MS&R right of way. Provide verfication of the required approval. If the landscaping conflicts with future right of way improvements the use of the right of way will only be approved as temporary.

If use of the right of way for landscaping will be reduced upon full development of the right of way, an approved site plan showing how the site will comply with the LUC is required. This site plan is also be an exhibit to an executed covenant for recordation stating the responsibility of the property owner, successor, or assignee as to the removal of improvements and compliance with the LUC at no cost to the City. copies an acceptable MS&R area available on the DSD web site.

The proposed retention basin on the site is subject to LUC 3.7.4.3 and DS 10-01.0 which outline requirements and standards for landscaping. Revise the plan in complaince with the requirements.
